We run a business automation service for small businesses. To do that job we handle some of your information. This page says what we collect, why, and what we don't do with it — in plain language.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, business name, email, phone number — when you book an audit call, email us, or sign up for service.
- Business communication data — if you become a client, our service connects to channels you authorize (phone, text, email, calendar, CRM). Messages and records flowing through those channels are processed solely to provide the service you hired us for.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.
What we use it for
- Running your automations — routing missed calls, sending follow-ups, booking appointments, updating your CRM.
- Talking to you — answering questions, scheduling, support, and service updates.
- Improving the service — in aggregate, never by selling or publishing your data.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Period.
- We don't use your business communications to advertise to you or anyone else.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this website.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to operate — hosting, telephony, scheduling, and the software platforms you ask us to connect. Each receives only what's required to do its part. If the law requires disclosure, we comply, and we'll tell you unless legally barred from doing so.
Your data, your call
Client communication data belongs to you. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. When service ends, we delete or return your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep specific records longer.
Security
Connections to your channels use the providers' official authorized integrations, credentials are stored encrypted, and access is limited to the people who need it to serve your account.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and note the change here. We won't quietly weaken it.
