It pays for the install team's time: connecting your tools, tuning the workflow to your voice and hours, training it on your actual workflows. Free trials lead to broken installs and ghosted customers. The $500 makes kickoff serious for both sides. Flat across every tier.
How long does setup actually take?
24 hours from kickoff call to a working system. Tuning runs in supervised mode for the following week. You're live, but we watch every response and refine tone, edge cases, and routing rules with you.
What's included in each tier?
Solo ($497/mo) covers one location / one main line with Automated Front Desk, missed-call text-back, smart inbox, calendar handoff, and weekly proof packet. Shop ($997/mo) adds multi-line/team workflows, voice receptionist escalation rules, and CRM follow-up queue. Do you offer support after install?
Weekly performance review every plan. Direct text line to the install team during business hours, response within four hours on weekdays. Enterprise gets a same-day response SLA.
How do I cancel?

Why are you local-first?

Built by Chad Watt for the Portland and Vancouver SMBs he works with weekly — dental offices, restaurants, trades, salons, small SaaS teams. The architecture sits on public standards. The pricing fits local operating margins. The disclosures below are the parts we'd want to read if we were the ones buying.

What we built on

  • Anthropic Claude API — the foundation of every voice agent we ship. We call the API directly; no proxy abstractions in the path.
  • Model Context Protocol — Anthropic's 2024 interoperability standard. Every Proof Context integration ships as native MCP, so when the protocol matures, your install matures with it.
  • OWASP security guidance — security and automation-risk checklists for modern software deployments. We audit every install against them before go-live.
  • HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR Parts 160 & 164) — healthcare-adjacent installs require a separate privacy review and conservative routing. We do not claim HIPAA compliance from a generic website workflow.
  • Stripe Connect Direct Charges — payments. Stripe is the merchant-of-record and carries the PCI obligations. Your card data never touches us.
  • Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association context — our tier pricing is calibrated against local SMB operating margins, not Series-A SaaS comparables.
